There are two types of Sencha, one is produced in Enshumori (Mori) tea estate, and another one is produced in Haruno region in Tenryu tea estate.
The menu explains features of both Sencha produced in Enshumori and Haruno.

Sencha produced in Haruno has the characteristics specific to the teas cultivated on mountainside. High altitude ranged between 100m and 700m makes tea shoots generate fresh and herbal aroma. Sencha produced in Enshumori has both characteristics specific to the teas cultivated on mountainside and plain tea plantation. Thus Enshumori Sencha has mellow calm flavor and fresh aroma at the same time.

When I chose Enshumori, the staff said she likes also the flavor of Enshumori.
Of course, I also love the bitter and astringency with highly fresh aroma specific to Haruno Sencha.

The inside and outside of the café are very fancy.

Although unfortunately I had little time enough to enjoy the atmosphere in the Fujin Tree Landmark Café, the latte was very delicious!!
