Numazu tea estate is located between Mt. Fuji and Suruga Bay on the west of Izu Peninsula.

We can see the beautiful landscapes of tea plantations on the mountainside from Shinkansen Express.

Main area of tea production is located on Mt. Ashitaka. We can look Mt. Ashitaka and tea estate on the mountain from bay area or beach of Suruga Bay in front of Mt. Fuji.

As you see in the pictures above, Numazu city has beautiful coasts and beaches. The quality of sea water is also the best. Numazu area would provide a fantastic tea tourism with attractive activities in addition, such as diving, such as scuba diving, hot spring, foody days etc.
