Japan has a variety of black tea so-called “Wa Koucha”, as well as Europe. “Wa” means “Japanese”, and “Koucha” means “black tea”. There are some differences between Japanese one and European one, such as flavor, taste, mouthfeel etc. Based on my personal motivation to introduce how nice Japanese tea worldwide, the features of various Japanese black tea will be posted in this page or blog.
The title “My Sweet Ambers” is derived from the color of black tea, a personal respect to Metallica, and the attractive characteristics of black tea to make us black-tea-holic!
Ooh, my sweet ambers. How sweet are you? How sweet does it get?
It IS as sweet as it seems!
