Various theme of Japanese tea such as health beneficial effects, marketing, breeding etc. were discussed extremely in the Shizuoka Forum on Health and Longevity, which was held as an academic event in the World Tea Festival 2019.
After the lecture, professors in Japan discussed with the Prof. Hackman from UC Davis.
In the poster session, various researchers discussed each other.
This forum is held till today. I’d like to recommend those who are interested in tea and health research to drop in this open conference. It will be a great opportunity to get insights of tea business and health science.
