For example, we can enjoy the fried sakura shrimp on a spring time. Surga bay on spring provides a wealth of small shrimp so-called “Sakura Ebi”, which is derived from its nice pale pink color similar to “Sakura” cherry blossoms.

In addition, the restaurant serves local specialty teas. When I visited, “Hana-iro Oolong” made in Makinohara upland was served with lunch. Flower-like aroma was so delightful!
