The ministry of agriculture forestry and fishers, so-called “MAFF”, sometimes organize public seminars about agriculture.
Tomorrow the seminar about tea will be held in the room for consumers, located on the ground floor of north building of MAFF.

How to prepare cold infusions and iced tea will be introduced by the instructors of Japanese tea. Finest “Gyokuro” from Shizuoka and deep-steamed green tea from Kagoshima will served in two types of infusion, cold-brewing and iced tea.
