Big Mt. Fuji beyond tea plants and my bike in Fuji city.

Tea estates in Shizuoka have some great cycling possibilities due to their wide variety of landscapes.

For example, the course from Shizuoka city to Fuji city is recommended (today our club tried).

Along the coast of Suruga bay we could cycle with seeing a great ocean view.

On the way along the “Tokaido” old street, we could meet turtles on the old street in Yui town. The town remains some traditional houses.

At Fuji city, Mt. Fuji and tea plantations with townscape came to our eyes.

Mountainside in Shimizu district in Shizuoka city is also recommended.

Of course, Makinohara upland is also recommended, expecially around Shizuoka airport. I often look some cycletoures cycle around tea gardens on Makinohara upland around the airport.
