As you sea above, there are many schools to serve green tea with school lunch in Shizuoka.

In addition to agricultural artifacts, multihued sea foods are also landed on many fishery harbors in Shizuoka.
Due to the closeness to fishery harbors (e.g. Sagara harbor, Yaizu harbor, Numazu harbor, Mochimune harbor, etc.), we can eat ocean-fresh sea foods in Shizuoka.

“Dashi” stock is one of the characteristics of “Washoku”. Japanese use dried sea foods or agricultural products as ingredients for “Dashi” stock. For example, dried Skipjack tuna, dried mushroom, dried sea weeds etc.
