Matcha is one of the most usable ingredients worldwide. Latte, cake (as posted previously), various confections, bred, green sauce etc.

Today, I’d like to introduce one of the recipes, “Kahlua & Milk with Matcha”.

I met this cocktail in the fancy café “Sweet Blossom Cafe” near Fujieda station.
This café provides us various local foods. The matcha is made by Kanei Hitokoto Seicha inc. and its ingredient tea leaves are cultivated in Shimada region, one part of Makinohara upland.

The flavor of the cocktail consists of coffee liqueur taste and matcha latte. This matcha cocktail makes us enjoy the color and its change.

As you see in the photo, tables in the café are decorated with many flowers This café provides many local flowers too. We could enjoy roses on a dish and under the table.

The plate in the photo is an ice cream with rose jam. Its look and flavor are very delicate and elegant! The matcha cocktail matched it very well!!

If you visit Shizuoka prefecture, I recommend to enjoy matcha and roses in “Sweet Blossom Cafe” in Fujieda.
