Highly-motivated young farmers organizes the local club to sophisticate their technique of tea farming and production in each area. In the central area of Shizuoka pref., “Shida-Haibara” area, these young farmers has been producing black tea for some years. In the first year, it was test production. For a few years, they has sophisticated their technique, resulting in the award for Japanese tea “Nihon Cha Award”.
The taste of this tea is mild and less astringent. It has a gentle, smooth mouthfeel with floral flavor. Lower temperature infusion would make us feel more floral flavor after swallowing.
