Although it became warmer. tea leaves are still somehow darker than the plucking season, shown on the canopy of tea plants. Darker color is caused by the coldness. As the temperature become high enough, greenish color of tea leaves increases, in the other word, photosynthetic activity becomes higher. The following picture shows this difference in the color of leaves.

The color change of tea leaves takes place moderately. Although it will take more time, tea leaves start to increase their photosynthetic activity due to high temperature. They must prepare to make sweetie shoots! Of course, tea farmers are also preparing to produce the best teas!!
