International Tea Show will be hold from 13th to 15th June on Tokyo Big Sight West Hall.
This event is organized together with Tokyo Café Show, Pizza & Pasta Show and Olive & Oil Pavilion. Visitors of food services such as retailers, restaurant business and wholesalers have various options and opportunities. Not only visitors, exhibitors also have chances to collaborate each other. I hope the diffusion of information in the event could accelerate the development of newer tea products and establishment of unique tea businesses!
The list and map of exhibitors are available on the official webpage.
Of course, some tea businesses will exhibit the specialty teas and tea products produced in the United Tea Estates in Shizuoka. Shizuoka pref. will exhibit various single-estate specialty teas produced in each tea estate at the booth of “Shizuoka Selected Tea Trade Show”.
Ocharaka & Yamama Masudaen will present some collaboration works. We can learn more from the French tea master of Ocharaka “Stefan Danton”. I’m looking forward to discussing with him.
I’d like learn from “AOiMORI”, which deals with compact units of wooden tea room. The company seems to sell special wooden tea rooms which is set compactly and conveniently. And hopefully the company supports its setting or arrangement the tea room for customers’ demand. In the tea ceremony, the tea room has a role distinguish the usual life and the special time. I hope the compact tea room business would provide us with more opportunities to enjoy tea rooms more conveniently.
I hope the communication among exhibitors and visitors, hopefully including you, will result in the new insights to provide us with newer products or something more unique, which will delight us and contribute our higher quality of lives!
