As getting hot, demand for cool beverage increases.
Cool teas are perfect beverage for ocean sports due to their benefitial constituents such as minerals, amino acids (especially theanine is efficient for concentration), caffeine, etc.
I have never forget to bring green tea to beach anytime I’ve join competitions of openwater swimming. For carrying teas, it is convenient to use a thermos. Of course bottled teas are also convenient.
Let’s enjoy the wounderful beaches in Shizuoka prefecture with Shizuoka teas! This beach is “Nagahama beach” in Izu-Taga region in Shizuoka prefecture. What a fine quality of sea water that we can sea through the rocks on the bottm. These beautiful views make us feel teas more delicious.
In case I cannot prepare green tea by myself, I often buy a bottled teas.
If possible to prepare the filter botle and cooler cask with ices, we could enjoy cooler teas.
Proper amount of caffeine can improve our performance. So I prepare sencha green tea slightly stronger or buy the bottled tea of strong type, “Oi Ocha Dark”.

This beach is “La La La Sun Beach”, located in Miura coast in Numazdu city. This beach selected for one of the beaches of the best water quality in Shizuoka by the Ministry of the Environment.
At 21th May, I joined the openwater competition on “Nagahama Beach” in Izu-Taga region. In this day, I could prepare deep-steamed sencha produced in Kakegawa region in Shizuoka prefecture. It was infused somehow denser to make a strong shot.

Thanks to the strong shot of Shizuoka tea, I won the 1st place in the race.
Shizuoka prefecture has many wonderful beaches, especially in Izu peninsula.
The water quality of the beach was so nice that I could enjoy seeing cute fishes with a beautiful garden of sea weeds on the race.
We can enjoy fish-watching on the bottom of beach.
