In Kawane region, one of the finest quality of tea can be grown due to high altitude, large daily range of temperature, soil derived from sedimentary rock in later Cretaceous era, and of course, the sophisticated skill of tea masters. Especially, green teas grown in the mountainside area often have a nice and characteristic aroma.
In booth of Kawane-hon town, I could enjoy the extreme tea dram slowly-infused at lower temperature. The most exited characteristic is the aroma. The served green tea is a pan-fired tea has flower-like smell, which can make us relaxed and comfortable.
